LET'S CONNECT ON LINKEDINMoofwd unveils a new visual identity and rebuilt website that reflects the company's transformation into an AI-first technology partner. The system emphasizes clarity, motion, and craft, and frames our services, projects, and team in a single cohesive experience across regions.
The site is also the first product of our own AI delivery model: every section was scoped, built, and shipped with AI woven into the workflow — from copy iteration and design tooling to the embedded concierge that now answers questions in real time.
Moofwd launches a public-facing AI concierge that lives on every page of the new site. The assistant answers questions about our services, projects, hiring, and demos — and can hand off into a scoping conversation when intent gets concrete.
It runs on Moofwd’s own production AI stack: RAG over curated company content, guardrails for sensitive topics, evaluation hooks for accuracy, and observability piped back to the team so real-world usage continuously informs the model and the copy.
Moofwd is expanding its production AI delivery practice across the four pillars that turn enterprise AI ambition into shipped systems: AI Consulting & Strategy, AI Product Build & Software Engineering, AI Infrastructure (DevOps & MLOps), and a Responsible AI Layer with QA built in.
The expansion pairs deeper engineering benches across our Chile, India, and Dublin centers with new offerings around private LLM deployment, agentic orchestration, evaluations, and ISO 42001 alignment — so clients can move from prompt prototypes to governed services with a single accountable partner.
VP of IT & Operations Cristian Toledo, Sales Representative Paula Piotto, and AI Security Researcher Alan Ferris travelled to northern Chile for Women in Mining, joining executives across the industry to discuss how AI is reshaping operations in a sector where reliability and safety are non-negotiable.
Alan Ferris led a focused session for senior mining executives on how the AI security verticals Moofwd applies to financial-services workloads — adversarial red-teaming, prompt-injection defense, evaluation, and guardrails for sensitive deployments — translate directly to mining environments. The visit doubled as a networking moment and reinforced our commitment to bringing responsible AI capabilities to industries historically underserved by the AI conversation.
